System hub
Electrical fault codes across the archive
Power, charging, relays, drivers, modules, and body outputs. This hub collects the code keys that name this system, links every table in scope at an exact row anchor, and keeps the module and model-year context visible.
What the Electrical hub covers
Electrical covers power, charging, relays, fuses, grounds, drivers, solenoids, actuators, modules, displays, heaters, and body outputs. It is the largest system hub at 562 code keys because controller-internal, power-supply, and driver rows appear on almost every table. The hub also includes shock and valve-driver rows that do not fit a powertrain category. It overlaps Fuel and air, Ignition, EPS, Brakes / ABS, and Transmission / drive wherever a component has its own power or driver circuit.
The reviewed key set contains 562 code keys across 141 model-year records, 3 brands (Arctic Cat, Polaris, Segway), and model years 2020-2027. Those keys resolve to 35 table pages and 6,604 model-key pairs. 155 keys in this system carry more than one printed label. The pages with the largest key counts are RZR Pro R / Turbo R / Pro S (135 keys), 2023 Sportsman / Scrambler XP 1000 S (112 keys), Sportsman 570 / 600 Tractor, MD, 2-Up (112 keys), Sportsman 570 Touring / X2 / 6x6 (2023) (106 keys), 2020 RZR XP Turbo S / Turbo S4 Velocity (81 keys). The counts describe the published labels and the pages that carry them, not the number of possible codes on a machine.
A system hub is deliberately not a table. The same key can appear on a main diagnostic page, a module page, or a shared table, and the label can differ by manual. The hub keeps every occurrence linked instead of choosing one page as the definition. That is why the key count is larger than the number of pages and why the same key can also appear in another system hub. The code index is the flat view of the same records when the question starts with a code rather than a system.
Tables in scope
Every table with at least one key in this system is listed below. The representative key column opens an exact row anchor, and the Open row link repeats that anchor so the table page and the row are both visible. A page can carry keys from several systems; the key count is the number of distinct system keys on that page, not the page's total row count. The table page remains the source of the full OEM row order and the manual citation.
The scope is page-level, not model-name-level. A shared table appears once even when it serves several model years, and a module table appears separately even when it sits in the same manual as a main-code chapter. The brand column is derived from the page path, while the model-record count comes from the code-index records attached to that page. This is the same anchor resolution used by the reference layer: a row is linked only when the rendered page still contains its id.
Representative keys
The sample below is ordered by how many model records carry the key, then by the number of printed labels, then by key. It is a sample of 10 keys from the 562 in this system. The printed label is the first label attached to the key in the registry; the linked row may show additional labels from other manuals. The year range is the union of model years for the key, not a claim that every year uses the same table or the same label.

The most frequent component labels in this system are ECU Output Supply, Valve, Fan Relay, Absolute Shock, System Power, and Fuel Pump. The multi-label cases are SPN 1347 / FMI 3 (6 printed labels, first: "Fuel Pump Driver Circuit - Driver Circuit Short to B+"); SPN 1347 / FMI 4 (6 printed labels, first: "Fuel Pump Driver Circuit - Driver Circuit Grounded"); SPN 168 / FMI 3 (6 printed labels, first: "Battery Potential / Power Input 1 - Voltage Above Normal, Or Shorted To High Source"). A multi-label key is not necessarily a changed meaning; it can be a wording revision, a qualifier, or a different manual's short title. The label-variance reference separates wording changes from the smaller set of true meaning shifts. The FMI reference explains the failure-mode suffix that many SPN/FMI keys share.
Families and systems in this view
The system appears in 8 of the eight family hubs: Polaris Ranger (110), Polaris RZR (159), Polaris Sportsman (129), Polaris Scrambler (27), Polaris snowmobile (113), Polaris youth (54), Polaris Tractor / Work (226), Polaris XPEDITION (11). A family count is the number of this system's keys that have at least one model record in that family, so a key that appears in several families is counted in each. The family hubs are the better entry point when the model year and manual P/N matter more than the component category. The system links below are the cross-system view for adjacent components and shared circuits.
Other system hubs
The overlaps are intentional. A throttle position row can sit in Fuel and air and Sensors; a steering-angle row can sit in EPS and Sensors; a wheel-speed row can sit in Brakes / ABS and Sensors. Keeping the key in both hubs makes the cross-reference visible, while the exact row link keeps the source page unambiguous. The coverage page shows the table-format counts that sit behind these system labels.
Related guides and reference
The guides below cover the code formats, the table-reading method, and the model-year comparison used across the archive. The decoder accepts the key formats shown in the sample, including SPN/FMI pairs, P-codes, and manufacturer codes. The reference layer carries the vocabulary and the cross-table indexes that this hub summarizes.
Boundary and data notes
This hub is a label index. It does not provide repair procedures, parts recommendations, diagnostic steps, or a safety determination. The system name is an archive category, not an OEM module name or a claim that every key in the category shares a connector, controller, or circuit. The taxonomy review notes for this system are kept with the data file: Controller-internal, power-supply, relay, driver, and body-output rows are grouped here even when they appear on an engine table. Shock and valve-driver rows are included as actuator outputs; the NUMATIX suspension rows also appear under Transmission / drive where the table names a clutch or air circuit. The reviewed key list is explicit, so a source refresh that adds a key must update the taxonomy before the hub can publish it.
Label-only boundary. A row can name a component, a circuit, or a condition without proving that the component has failed. The linked OEM table is the source for the printed label and the model-year citation; it is not a service procedure.
