Polaris · shared OEM table · 9 manual P/Ns
RZR Pro R (2022–2025), Turbo R (2022–2024), and Pro S (2025–2026) fault codes
The 2022–2025 Pro R, 2022–2024 Turbo R, and 2025–2026 Pro S manuals publish one 302-entry, condition-only diagnostic table. This page lists every entry once, with the OEM condition text and the FMI glossary that explains the numeric suffix.
Scope note
This page covers the shared 302-entry table (OEM chapter 0000693082). The 2022, 2023, and 2024 Pro R and Turbo R manuals publish it, the 2025 Pro R manual publishes the same table, and the 2025–2026 Pro S manuals publish it as well. The 2025 Turbo R is not included because that manual is not in this group.
The manuals phrase each row as a full condition instead of splitting a component from a failure mode. The condition column preserves that wording. We do not invent a failure label the manual does not publish.
Some rows describe features that are not fitted to every machine, such as A/C condenser fan circuits. Use the code your display shows.
Table profile
This page reproduces 302 entries from 6 model-year records (2022–2026), 9 manual P/Ns, and chapter 0000693082.
Rows keep the manual’s printed order, from SPN 516111 / FMI 11 to SPN 516120 / FMI 9.
Every row carries an SPN/FMI pair; 159 distinct SPNs and 24 FMI values appear.
The largest FMI groups are FMI 3 (57 rows), FMI 4 (57 rows), and FMI 31 (35 rows); together they account for 49% of the table.
The most repeated SPN is 110 with 7 rows, followed by SPN 3056 with 7 rows.
Every printed SPN/FMI pair carries one title in this table.
These counts describe the rows on this page, not every manual in the archive. The source box below lists the exact citation for every record on the page.
One table, three RZR families
The 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Pro R manuals use the same diagnostic chapter; the 2022–2024 Turbo R manuals publish the identical table; and the 2025–2026 Pro S manuals continue it. Instead of near-duplicate pages, this page keeps the table once and gives each family an anchor and a manual citation.
The old Pro R and Turbo R year URLs redirect to the matching section. The table rows are the same; the P/N and model-year citation are not. The 2025 Turbo R is a disclosed gap, not a silently merged record.
Why there is no separate failure column
This OEM chapter writes each row as a complete condition, such as “Absolute Shock Current Error - Compression Front Left.” It does not split the component from the failure the way some Ranger and Sportsman tables do. Adding a “failure mode” column would mean inventing text that is not in the source, so this page uses a two-column table instead: code and OEM condition.
The FMI number still tells you the failure type. FMI 11 means the controller cannot determine a root cause; FMI 3 and 4 mean voltage high and low; FMI 5 means an open circuit. The glossary below translates every FMI shown in the table.
What the 302 entries cover
The table spans DYNAMIX active-shock circuits, electric power steering, accelerator position, gear position, system voltage, engine temperature, crankshaft position, fan and relay drivers, and a long list of vehicle-specific outputs. Many rows are diagnostics for features that only some trims carry.
A condition such as a shock current error names a monitored circuit and a fault pattern. It does not prove that the shock, sensor, or controller has failed. The label is the starting point for matching the entry, not a parts identification.
How to use this page
Record the SPN and FMI, find the row in the table or the decoder, and note the manual P/N for your model year. The condition text is the OEM label for the entry. This page does not include service procedures for the shock, steering, or high-voltage systems.
What a condition code does not tell you
A condition such as “Absolute Shock Current Error” names a circuit and a fault pattern. It does not prove the shock itself is bad. The same condition can appear with a loose battery terminal, a chafed harness, water in a connector, or a valve that is electrically out of range.
The Pro R, Turbo R, and Pro S carry several controllers, and one voltage event can set codes in more than one of them. Recording every active and stored code preserves the evidence the manual and a service provider need to match the entry to the machine.
This page is a code reference, not a service procedure. It does not include shock disassembly, steering-rack work, or high-voltage procedures. Those jobs require the OEM service manual and the appropriate tools.
Which manuals use this table
The table is shared; the manual citation is not. Use the P/N for your exact model year.
| Year | Model | Manual P/N | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2022 | RZR Pro R / Turbo R | 9931527 / 9940236 | Open chapter |
| 2023 | RZR Pro R / Turbo R | 9940274 / 9954282 | Open chapter |

Model and year notes
These notes explain which systems matter on each machine. They do not add rows to the OEM table.
Pro R (2022–2025) and Turbo R (2022–2024)
All four Pro R years and the 2022–2024 Turbo R use this 302-entry table. The 2025 Pro R is included; the 2025 Turbo R is not. The condition text is identical across the group. Use the anchor for your year and cite the P/N for your manual.
Pro S (2025–2026)
The 2025 and 2026 RZR Pro S manuals publish the same 302-entry table. The Pro S is a different trim and chassis from the Pro R and Turbo R, but the diagnostic rows in this chapter are shared. Use the 2025 or 2026 manual P/N for the citation.
Full OEM table
302 entries from the shared OEM diagnostic chapter.
This chapter publishes one condition line per code. The condition column preserves that wording; the FMI glossary explains the numeric suffix.
No entries match that filter. Try the code number, component name, or FMI.

What the FMI number means
Every entry pairs an SPN with an FMI. The FMI is the failure type; the SPN is the circuit or component.
| FMI | What it generally means |
|---|---|
| 0 | Data valid, but above the normal operating range (most severe) |
| 1 | Data valid, but below the normal operating range (most severe) |
| 2 | Data erratic, intermittent, or incorrect |
| 3 | Voltage above normal, or shorted to a high source |
| 4 | Voltage below normal, or shorted to a low source |
| 5 | Current below normal, or open circuit |
| 6 | Current above normal, or grounded circuit |
| 7 | Mechanical system not responding or out of adjustment |
| 8 | Abnormal frequency, pulse width, or period |
| 9 | Abnormal update rate |
| 10 | Abnormal rate of change |
| 11 | Root cause not known |
| 12 | Bad intelligent device or component |
| 13 | Out of calibration |
| 16 | Data valid, but above the normal operating range (moderately severe) |
| 19 | Received network data in error |
| 31 | Condition exists (manufacturer-specific) |
Reading the table
The code column gives the identifier the controller publishes: an SPN/FMI pair or a P-code. The label column gives the short condition or component/failure text from the cited OEM chapter.
A label identifies a monitored circuit or condition. It does not confirm that a named part has failed, and it does not establish whether the machine is safe to operate.
Write down the full code, the model year and model, and the conditions when it appears. That record is what the manual and a service provider use to match the entry to your machine.
Source note
This page publishes short component and condition labels from the public OEM manual chapter, not the manual's long-form repair prose. The source list below opens the exact chapter for every manual in the group.
Scope
This is a label index. It does not provide repair procedures, parts advice, or a diagnosis for a specific machine. Codes can vary by trim, market, and running changes.
Common questions
What does this RZR Pro R / Turbo R / Pro S table cover?
This page lists 302 code entries from the cited public OEM chapter (0000693082, 9 manual P/Ns). The table preserves the short condition or component/failure labels published in that chapter.
Where can I check the source?
The source box at the bottom of the page gives the manual P/N, the model-year coverage, and a link to the OEM chapter. The methodology page explains the site’s source and labeling rules.
