2023 Polaris Patriot Boost / KHAOS Boost module DTC fault codes
The Patriot Boost module (the Matryx turbo controller) publishes its own diagnostic table. Most rows carry three condition columns: the description plus the module's fault-setting condition and fault-healing condition. This page lists all 26 entries in the manual's printed order.
Scope note
Source: the 2023 Patriot Boost 9R / Slash / Pro RMK Khaos owner's manual (P/N 9940799), chapter "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) - Patriot Boost". The 2022 PRO-RMK / RMK KHAOS Boost manual (P/N 9940125) publishes the identical 26-entry table.
One code covers several rows: P101F prints six entries (FMIs 10, 4, 0, 3, 16, 17) and P1022 prints five. Each row keeps its own fault-setting and fault-healing text, quoted from the manual.
The 2024 Patriot Boost manual (P/N 9941267) republishes the chapter with one changed cell: in the 2024 print the P1021 / FMI 7 healing instruction reads "Contact your Dealer and relearn the wastegate". Every other entry matches the table above.
The FMI 0 label for P101F reads "over pressure - most severed" in the print. The label is published as printed; the 2022-2024 prints all carry this wording.
Table profile
This page reproduces 26 entries from the 2023 Polaris Patriot Boost / KHAOS Boost module DTC owner’s manual, 2 manual P/Ns, and chapter 0000745557.
Rows keep the manual’s printed order, from P101F to P1391.
Every row prints both an SPN/FMI pair and a manufacturer code. 9 distinct SPNs and 11 FMI values appear.
The largest FMI groups are FMI 3 (6 rows), FMI 4 (6 rows), and FMI 10 (3 rows); together they account for 58% of the table.
The most repeated SPN is 1127 with 6 rows, followed by SPN 523952 with 5 rows.
Within this table, 5 printed codes carry more than one title; the widest prints 6 variants. 7 SPNs print more than one title.
These counts describe the rows on this page, not every manual in the archive. The source box below lists the exact citation for every record on the page.

Reading the table
The module chapters publish a code, an SPN/FMI pair, and one or two condition columns per row. Where the OEM module prints a fault-setting and a fault-healing condition, both stay in the row; where it prints a short and long description, both stay in the row. A repeated code is not a typographic error: the controller publishes a different condition for each SPN/FMI pair under the same code, and the rows below carry all of them.
A label identifies a monitored circuit or condition. It does not confirm that a named part has failed, and it does not establish whether the machine is safe to operate.
Write down the full code, the model year and model, and the conditions when it appears. That record is what the manual and a service provider use to match the entry to your machine.
Source note
This page publishes short labels from the public OEM owner's manual chapter, not the manual's long-form repair prose. The source box below gives the exact chapter and model-year coverage.
Scope
This is a label index. It does not provide repair procedures, parts advice, or a diagnosis for a specific machine. Codes can vary by trim, market, and running changes.
