Corrections & changelog
Every substantive change to a published code page or guide is recorded here with the date and the reason. If your manual disagrees with a page, the manual wins.
How to submit a correction
Email [email protected] with:
- The page URL and the model year.
- The manual P/N and page or chapter, if you have it.
- The code, the label your manual shows, and a photo of the code or table.
- Whether you want credit in the changelog.
Each correction is checked against the cited OEM chapter before the page changes. A table is not edited to match a forum post or a generic scanner definition.
What happens next
If the cited chapter supports the change, the page and the changelog are updated with the date and the reason. If the chapter does not support it, the page stays as published. A reply may not be possible for every message, but source-backed corrections are recorded.
What counts as a correction
- A code or label that does not match the cited OEM chapter.
- A manual P/N, model year, or chapter link that points to the wrong source.
- A typo or formatting error that changes the meaning of a table entry.
- A missing model year or table that has a public OEM chapter available to cite.
- A broken link to a cited OEM chapter or a source page.
What is not a correction
A request for a repair procedure, a parts recommendation, or a diagnosis for a specific machine is outside the scope of the index. Those questions require the OEM service information and the appropriate tools. A disagreement with a manufacturer’s label is also not a correction unless the cited chapter supports a different label.
Corrections are recorded with the date and the reason. The changelog is not a complete history of every formatting change; it records the substantive changes that affect a published code page, a source citation, or a guide.

| 2026-10-22 | Added the site's first Segway Powersports coverage: four standalone tables from the Fugleman UT10 / UT10 Crew owner's manual (edition Vision: 20210716, document U09L01000002, published on the official powersports.segway.com downfile host). The ECU failure-code table (91 rows across printed pp. 59–62, carrying the printed FMI-style value inside each Failure Code cell, including the non-standard 1C), the EPS module table E0001–E0024 (24 rows, printed p. 63), and the T-BOX telematics T0001–T0006 and ABS module A0001–A0008 tables (printed p. 64). Descriptions quote the manual's machine-translated English verbatim — including “Not plausible”, “Over electric current”, “Idle Speed Contr.Throttle Pos. mechanical Malfunction”, and “function monitoring:fault of ECU monitoring modul error” — and rows keep the printed order, so repeated codes (P0650, P0571, P2106, P0606) appear in multiple failure-mode positions exactly as published. A new brand hub lists the four pages, and the label-table renderer now honors a manual's own column headers. | Segway is the first brand whose manual stores table text inside page images; rows were transcribed from rendered page images and cross-checked against every sample row recorded during the October 2026 source pass. Its System | Failure Code | Failure Description vocabulary is one more reading style owners meet, distinct from Polaris SPN/FMI and Arctic Cat C/P/U tables. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added three module-level OEM tables as separate pages: the 2027 XPEDITION NUMATIX fault-code table (20 entries; P/Ns 9942689 and 9942690 compared row for row), the Patriot Boost module DTC table (26 entries carrying fault-setting and fault-healing columns; the 2024 print's one relearn-wording change is disclosed on the page), and the Matryx left-hand controls heated-grip C-code table (12 entries, identical across nine 2022–2024 manuals). These chapters print one row per SPN/FMI pair under the same code, so the new detail layout keeps the repeated rows (P101F's six FMIs, U1062's two SPNs) in the manual's printed order instead of collapsing them. Page notes disclose the chapters' printed quirks: the doubled “is is” wording on current-threshold cells, the “most severed” label, and the 2024 relearn wording. | A module table is the owner's path to the dealer-side diagnostic read-out; the earlier one-meaning-per-P-code layout could not show these rows without hiding part of the published chapter. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added three guides built from a scripted pass over the published archive: reading the FMI condition column (the 3/4/5 ladders, the 1,715 FMI 31 entries, and the out-of-band FMIs 19–23 and 36/37), same code different label (78 label-variant P-codes, the six meaning shifts, and the qualifier rows), and communication entries (the network-row families across 79 of 122 records, from the receive-side row printed 125 times to the five CAN message PGN rows). Each guide carries one licensed Pexels photograph and one original SVG diagram, and the P-code, model-year, low-voltage, and Arctic Cat guides now link the new coverage. Added three new photographs to the photo manifest with API-verified credits. | No tables changed this round; the guides explain structure the published pages already cite, row by row. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added three guides: Polaris snowmobile table structure by platform (the 51-, 83-, 84-, and 88-row tables, the E-VES module chapter, the gauge display list, and the same-code-different-label rows), the youth RZR 200 / Ranger 150 dual-format table and its 2027 edition reshuffle, and the Tractor / MD / work-edition tables (the 72/85-to-288-row ladder and the RZR Trail S work editions). Each guide carries one licensed Pexels photograph and one original SVG diagram, and the P-code, model-year, and diesel guides now link the new coverage. Added three new photographs to the photo manifest with API-verified credits. | No tables changed this round; the guides cite the already published pages. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added the 2026 Prowler XT / XT Crew EPS section table as a separate 29-entry page (C1301–C1329, printed p. 26, Power Steering section). The rows are from the same arcticcat.com owner's-manual PDF as the main C/P/U table but are a different chapter's self-monitored EPS codes, not a subset of the main table. Extraction re-verified all previously published chapters with zero drift. | The guide's pointer to the manual's separate power-steering table now resolves to a published, citation-linked page instead of a research note. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added three guides: Arctic Cat C/P/U code structure (covering the 2026 Prowler XT / XT Crew table and the separate EPS C-code section), the Polaris E-VES exhaust valve module P1400 series, and the Ranger Diesel 32-row table. Each guide carries one licensed Pexels photograph and one original SVG diagram, and the existing guides now link to the new coverage areas from their related modules. Added three new photographs to the photo manifest with API-verified credits. | The expanded archive added coverage areas — the first Arctic Cat content, an exhaust valve module chapter, and a diesel controller table — that an owner needs explained, not only listed. |
| 2026-10-22 | Re-checked every cited Polaris diagnostic chapter. The portal had appended repeat rows to the shared Pro XP, RZR S 1000, and XP Turbo S tables and added two code entries (SPN 516115 inertial measurement unit and 516126 system voltage), so those records re-extract to 202 entries (Pro XP / RZR S 1000 family: +3 each) and 207 entries (XP Turbo S: +2). Added eight model-year records across five pages: the 2022–2027 Ranger Diesel table as one page with model-year anchors (32 entries, P/N 9940146 / 9940147 / 9940850 / 9941851 / 9942443), the 2022 600 AXYS / PRO-RMK / Patriot E-VES module table (16 P-code entries, P/N 9940120), the 2022 Sportsman 570 Tractor and X2 / Touring Tractor tables (72 and 85 entries, P/N 9940165 / 9940190), and the 2022 600 AXYS gauge display-code table (56 SPN/FMI entries). The 2020 RZR S 1000 and RZR Turbo chapters were re-verified as a duplicate and a subset of the XP Turbo S table and stay consolidated on that page; three further variant chapters were verified as subsets of covered tables and documented in the research notes. | Kept the archive synchronized with the current public OEM chapters, published each manual's complete code table once, and disclosed the re-check on the affected pages. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added the first non-Polaris archive: the 2026 Arctic Cat Prowler XT owner's manual diagnostic table (111 entries, printed pp. 32-33), extracted from the PDF published on arcticcat.com and verified against rendered manual pages. The printed P0122 row reads "Throttle Position Sensor #1 Circuit ow/SG", missing the "L" of "Low"; that row is published as "Low/SG" with the change noted on the model page. | Added a public OEM owner document that publishes a complete manufacturer C/P/U code table, with the source PDF linked and the one printed-typo normalization disclosed. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added locally hosted Pexels field photography to the homepage and guide pages, with per-photo credits, illustrative-use captions, and a photo policy. | Improve orientation without implying OEM affiliation or using a stock image as diagnostic evidence. |
| 2026-10-22 | Expanded the archive to 112 model-year records, 116 manual P/Ns, and 20 code pages. Added the 2023 Sportsman 570 Touring / X2 269-code table, the 2022 PRO-RMK / RMK KHAOS 88-code table, the 2022–2024 snowmobile 83-code table, the 2023–2027 Sportsman 570 / 600 Tractor / MD / 2-Up 288-code table, the 2025–2027 Sportsman 570 / 600 Touring 180-code table, and the 2026–2027 Ranger 500 51-code table. Broadened the 83-code ATV, 70-code 450 / 570, 84-code Matryx, 199-code Pro XP / RZR S, and 302-code Pro R / Pro S groups. Updated the 2020 RZR XP Turbo S to the public 205-code chapter and disclosed the related 2020 RZR S 1000 and RZR Turbo tables. | Added public OEM owner's manual chapters that publish complete diagnostic tables, with one canonical page per shared table, source-linked model-year records, and redirects from the duplicate model-year URLs. |
| 2026-10-22 | Expanded the archive to 60 model-year records, 63 manual P/Ns, and 18 code pages, including new shared tables for RZR Pro XP, Ranger 150 / RZR 200, Sportsman / Scrambler XP 1000 S, Ranger XP Kinetic, 600 Matryx, and 2027 Ranger 150 / RZR 200. | Added public OEM owner's manual chapters that publish complete diagnostic tables, with one canonical page per shared table and source-linked model-year records. |
| 2026-10-22 | Consolidated 19 duplicate model-year URLs into four canonical OEM table pages and added 301 redirects with section anchors. | Polaris reuses the same diagnostic chapters across manuals. One table now gets one indexable URL. |
| 2026-10-22 | Replaced the Pro R placeholder column with the OEM condition text and a flat Code / Condition table. | The manual publishes a full condition per row; the old empty column hid the actual condition. |
| 2026-10-22 | Standardized source wording on the model pages and removed review-status language from the public pages. | The site is a source-linked code index, not a reviewed repair manual. |
| 2026-10-22 | Added the sources page and the corrections log. | Make the source and correction process inspectable. |
