Arctic Cat · shared OEM table · 6 manual P/Ns
Arctic Cat shared C/P/U fault table: Prowler and Alterra (2025–2027)
Arctic Cat publishes the same 111-entry C/P/U table in 6 owner’s manuals covering 6 model-year records from 2025–2027. This page lists it once, with the manual P/N and printed page for each model.
Scope note
This page covers the shared 111-entry C/P/U table published in the 2025 Prowler Pro EPS, the 2026 Prowler XT / XT Crew / Limited / Limited Crew, the 2026 Alterra 600 EPS / Limited / Mud Pro, the 2026 Alterra 600 TRV EPS / TRV Limited, the 2027 Alterra 600 / 600 Limited / 600 TRV / 600 TRV Limited, and the 2027 Prowler 800 XT / 800 XT Crew manuals.
The rows match entry-for-entry across the group. The machines are not identical; the table defines codes that may apply to features not fitted to every trim.
The 2023 Alterra 600 Black Hills Edition publishes a different, shorter table. It has its own page and is not merged into this group.
The EPS section of the same manuals publishes a separate C13xx table. It has its own shared page.
The 2026 Prowler XT manual prints P0122 without the L in Low/SG; the published label is corrected to match the other manuals, and the change is recorded on the corrections page.
Table profile
This page reproduces 111 entries from 6 model-year records (2025–2027) and 6 manual P/Ns.
Rows keep the manual’s printed order, from C0063 to FUEL OFF.
The table uses manufacturer codes rather than SPN/FMI pairs. The printed codes group into 103 P-codes, 5 C-codes, 2 U-codes, and 1 FUEL OFF row.
Every printed code carries one title in this table.
These counts describe the rows on this page, not every manual in the archive. The source box below lists the exact citation for every record on the page.
Why these manuals share one table
Arctic Cat publishes the same 111-entry table in 6 owner’s manuals covering 6 model-year records. The rows match entry-for-entry. That is an OEM publishing choice, not a claim that a Prowler and an Alterra are the same machine. The table defines the code; the model notes below identify the manual and printed page for each machine.
What the 111 entries cover
The table splits into 103 P-codes, 5 C-codes, 2 U-codes, and 1 FUEL OFF row. The P-codes cover engine and powertrain circuits: throttle position and MAP plausibility, intake-air and coolant temperature, oxygen-heater circuits, fuel injectors, ignition coils, fuel pump, fan, chassis relay, and related sensor and driver circuits. The C-codes cover the tilt sensor and the backup/reverse circuit and buzzer. The U-codes name lost communication with the ECM and a lost LCD-gauge-to-ECM CAN message. FUEL OFF is the tilt-sensor activation row, not a letter-prefixed controller code.
What changes by model
The 2025 Prowler Pro EPS is a utility UTV; the 2026 Prowler XT family adds the XT Crew, Limited, and Limited Crew names under one manual; the 2026 Alterra 600 family covers EPS, Limited, Mud Pro, TRV EPS, and TRV Limited; the 2027 Alterra 600 family covers the base, Limited, TRV, and TRV Limited; the 2027 Prowler 800 XT family covers the XT and XT Crew. The table rows are shared, but the manual P/N and printed page differ. Use the model section for your machine.
Why the 2023 Black Hills table is separate
The 2023 Alterra 600 Black Hills Edition publishes a shorter table with a different row set. It is not a subset of this table that can be merged without losing rows. Its page carries the 2023 rows, including the printed labels that stop short. Use the 2023 page for that model year and this page for the 2025–2027 group.
How to use this page
Record the exact code, choose your model section, and note the manual P/N and printed page. The full table keeps the manual’s order. This page is a label index; it does not provide repair steps, parts advice, or a diagnosis for a specific machine.
Which manuals use this table
The table is shared; the manual citation is not. Use the P/N for your exact model year.

Full OEM table
111 entries from the shared OEM diagnostic table.
This table publishes one code and one description per row. The rows keep the manual’s printed order.
No entries match that filter. Try the code number, component name, or a word from the description.

Code prefixes in this table
This table uses the manufacturer codes printed in the manual. It does not print SPN/FMI pairs.
- P — 103 rows. P-prefix rows cover engine and powertrain circuits in this table.
- C — 5 rows. C-prefix rows include the tilt sensor and backup/reverse circuits.
- U — 2 rows. U-prefix rows name lost communication.
- FUEL OFF — 1 rows. The literal row is the tilt-sensor activation code.
The prefix is part of the printed code. This page does not assign a system meaning the manual does not print.
Reading the table
The code column gives the identifier the controller publishes: an SPN/FMI pair, a P-code, or another manufacturer code. The label column gives the short condition or component/failure text from the cited OEM owner’s manual.
A label identifies a monitored circuit or condition. It does not confirm that a named part has failed, and it does not establish whether the machine is safe to operate.
Write down the full code, the model year and model, and the conditions when it appears. That record is what the manual and a service provider use to match the entry to your machine.
Source note
This page publishes the printed code and short description labels from the public OEM owner’s manual, not the manual’s long-form repair prose. The source list below opens the exact owner’s manual for every manual in the group.
Scope
This is a label index. It does not provide repair procedures, parts advice, or a diagnosis for a specific machine. Codes can vary by trim, market, and running changes.
Common questions
What does this Arctic Cat shared C/P/U table table cover?
This page lists 111 code entries from the cited public OEM owner’s manual (6 owner’s manuals, 6 manual P/Ns). The table preserves the short condition or component/failure labels published in that owner’s manual.
Where can I check the source?
The source box at the bottom of the page gives the manual P/N, the model-year coverage, and a link to the OEM owner’s manual. The methodology page explains the site’s source and labeling rules.
